مرحباً بك في بيجر اب (Pager App). باستخدامك لموقع pager-app.com أو اشتراكك في الخدمة، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن كنت لا توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.
1. الخدمة
بيجر اب نظام نداء عملاء إلكتروني للمطاعم والمقاهي والمنشآت المشابهة، يُقدَّم كخدمة عبر الإنترنت (SaaS). يُدخل موظف المنشأة رقم الطلب فيُنشأ رمز QR، ويمسحه العميل بجواله لمتابعة طلبه واستلام تنبيه عند جهوزه، دون تحميل أي تطبيق. تشمل الخدمة لوحة تحكم وتحليلات ودعوة تقييم على خرائط Google، وفق الباقة المختارة.
2. الحساب
- يجب تقديم بيانات صحيحة عند الاشتراك والحفاظ على تحديثها.
- أنت مسؤول عن سرية كلمة المرور وعن كل ما يتم عبر حسابك وحسابات موظفيك.
- يجب إبلاغنا فوراً عند الاشتباه بأي استخدام غير مصرّح به على hello@pager-app.com.
3. الاشتراك والتجربة المجانية والدفع
- الاشتراك سنوي بسعر ثابت حسب الباقة المعروضة في صفحة الأسعار وقت الشراء.
- تبدأ كل باقة بتجربة مجانية مدتها 7 أيام، ولا يُخصم أي مبلغ خلالها. إن لم تُلغِ قبل نهاية التجربة، يُحصَّل رسم السنة الأولى تلقائياً.
- يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائياً كل سنة بنفس السعر ما لم تُلغِه قبل موعد التجديد. يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت، ويبقى حسابك فعّالاً حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
- تتم عمليات الشراء عبر موزّعنا الإلكتروني Lemon Squeezy بصفته البائع المسجّل (Merchant of Record)، وهو المسؤول عن معالجة الدفع والفواتير والضرائب المطبّقة. لا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك لدينا.
- الاسترداد يخضع لـسياسة الاسترداد.
4. الاستخدام المقبول
تتعهّد بعدم استخدام الخدمة في أي نشاط مخالف للأنظمة، وعدم محاولة اختراقها أو تعطيلها أو الوصول لبيانات غيرك، وعدم إعادة بيعها أو نسخها دون إذن كتابي منّا. يحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب يخالف ذلك.
5. بياناتك وبيانات عملائك
تبقى بيانات منشأتك ملكاً لك. نعالجها فقط لتقديم الخدمة ووفق سياسة الخصوصية.
6. الملكية الفكرية
جميع حقوق النظام والبرمجيات والتصاميم والعلامة التجارية "بيجر اب / Pager App" محفوظة لنا. اشتراكك يمنحك حق استخدام الخدمة فقط خلال مدة الاشتراك، ولا يمنحك أي ملكية فيها.
7. توفّر الخدمة
نسعى لتقديم خدمة مستقرة ومتاحة باستمرار، لكن قد تحدث انقطاعات بسبب الصيانة أو ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا، ومنها انقطاع الإنترنت لدى المنشأة أو العميل أو قيود إشعارات المتصفح والجهاز. تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي"، ولا نضمن خلوّها التام من الأخطاء.
8. حدود المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو خسارة أرباح ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة أو تعذّر استخدامها. وفي كل الأحوال، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة.
9. الإنهاء
يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت. ويحق لنا إيقاف الحساب عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو عدم سداد الاشتراك.
10. تعديل الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليه.

Welcome to Pager App. By using pager-app.com or subscribing to the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Pager App is an online customer-paging system for restaurants, cafés and similar businesses, provided as software-as-a-service (SaaS). Staff enter an order number to generate a QR code; the customer scans it with their own phone to follow the order and receive an alert when it's ready, with no app download. Depending on the plan, the service also includes a dashboard, analytics and a Google Maps review prompt.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when subscribing and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account and your staff accounts.
- Tell us immediately at hello@pager-app.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.
3. Subscription, free trial and payment
- Subscriptions are annual, at the fixed price shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
- Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the first year is charged automatically.
- Your subscription renews automatically every year at the same price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time, and your account stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, invoicing and applicable taxes. We never store your card details.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, not to attempt to breach, disrupt or access other users' data, and not to resell or copy the service without our written permission. We may suspend any account that breaks these rules.
5. Your data
Your business data remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All rights in the software, designs and the "Pager App" name and brand belong to us. Your subscription gives you a right to use the service during your subscription term only, not any ownership of it.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service stable and available, but interruptions can happen because of maintenance or things outside our control, including internet outages at the business or customer, or browser and device notification limits. The service is provided "as is", and we do not guarantee it will be completely error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost profits arising from using, or being unable to use, the service. In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these Terms or has unpaid fees.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll publish the updated version on this page with its date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
